We use Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) to analyze the behavior of visitors and to place targeted advertising. We use Google Ads to support our advertising activities. We use this tool to collect data in order to measure and improve the success of our ads. Cookies may be set and usage data may be processed. For details, please refer to the Google Ads privacy policy.
We use conversion tracking to evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns. This process records when and how visitors convert following interactions on our website (for example, through bookings or contact requests). The data obtained is used to manage and optimize our marketing measures in a targeted manner. Our website offers you various forms for booking (external provider, see next paragraph) and for contacting us (Elementor Submission Forms). Personal data entered in the forms (such as name, e-mail address, message, etc.) is collected in order to process your request or booking. Data is transmitted via secure connections and is only stored for as long as is necessary to process your request. Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill our services.
In addition, we use an external booking tool from our cooperation partner Urlaub am Bauernhof via Seekda hotel management software. The data required for booking processing is transmitted to the cooperation partner in order to ensure smooth and efficient processing of your booking request. Please note that the privacy policy of the cooperation partner applies to this tool.
We use Google Maps to display location information. By using Google Maps, data (e.g. your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the Google Maps privacy policy.
We integrate content from Instagram and Facebook to integrate social channels. However, this content is only activated after you have given your express consent – using the Borlabs Cookie consent management tool. No data is loaded from the respective platforms until consent is given. For further information, please refer to the privacy policies of Facebook and Instagram.
